Bruce Wilson - President
Bruce Wilson was first exposed to urethane foam in 1964. In 1966 a career was launched in this industry. As a pioneer in a fledgling industry many new uses were found and developed. In 1971, along with brother Lynn, Utah Foam Products was begun and they started producing rigid foams.
In 1984 they decided to diversify and thus expanded into the production of flexible foams and elastomers. This move has enabled us to participate in a wide array of industries and assist in new start-ups as well as new product development which they enjoy.
At this time there are few people active in the industry with longer tenure. Our contracting business Ernest Wilson Company, Inc., ( www.ernestwilsonco.com ) is the oldest in the nation and Utah Foam Products is believed to be the oldest urethane manufacturer still under the same ownership. He takes great pride in this longevity.
